Dr. Dieugrand Jacques, PhD., ThD., DBA is a distinguished educator, scholar theologian, lawyer, and business leader dedicated to advancing education, leadership, and community development. He is the President and Rector of New Alliance International University (NAIU) and the Founder of New Alliance Ministries, Inc., organizations committed to academic excellence and global transformation.

Holding multiple doctoral degrees, Dr. Jacques has earned a PhD in Business Administration and Management with Highstone International University of the State of California, a PhD in Christian Education with Jacksonville Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida USA, and a Doctorate in Business Law in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. As a licensed lawyer in Haiti, he actively engages in legal and educational advocacy, promoting justice and leadership training.

With over 32 years of pastoral experience, he has planted over 75 churches across the United States, Haiti, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Aruba, Colombia, and Sweden. His academic career is   equally   impressive—he   is   a Professor of   Business   Administration, Strategic Management, and Organizational Leadership, shaping the minds of future global leaders.

As the President and Dean of New Alliance Theological Seminary, Inc., Dr. Jacques is a renowned Scholar Theologian, committed   to deepening   biblical   scholarship   and equipping   ministers, educators, and leaders for global impact. He is also the Founder and the Rector of New Alliance International University that he planted to create polyvalent and multi-disciplinary leaders across the globe, mainly in Haiti.

A prolific author and researcher, Dr.  Jacques has written 24 books, published over 100 biblical studies, and authored over 52 brochures on theology, leadership, business, and education. His works are invaluable resources for scholars, professionals, and faith-based communities worldwide. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, Creole, and Papiamento, Dr.   Jacques continues to inspire through public speaking, mission work, and academic leadership.   His   vision   is   to empower   individuals through knowledge, faith, and strategic innovation, particularly in Haiti, where he strives to build a more prosperous and just society.
